Returns
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, I will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please send me pictures of the issue within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Curiously Creepy is a made to order business to keep costs low and quality high. This means that I don't hold inventory - each item is custom made special for you after the order is placed.
As a made to order business, Curiously Creepy utilizes a variety of of suppliers to produce each product, who will then ship the items to you at the time of ordering after they are custom made.
For this reason, returns, refunds or replacements of any kind will only be accepted if the item is lost in transit, or if the item arrives to your location damaged or with a defect. You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly - you will have to place a new order if the package(s) cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Shipping
Curiously Creepy uses a wide range of suppliers located all over the world. Depending on which items you order, you may actually receive your products from more than one supplier in separate packages. I do this so I can offer you the highest quality product at the lowest price.
I calculate the total delivery time from the moment you place your order to the moment your items arrive at your doorstep. This means that there will be a production time while the items are being made, and a shipping time while the items are in transit.
